What are you getting for $299?

- A mini photo studio complete with a simple white backdrop, studio lighting, and a professional photographer
- Box full of standard party props
- Live viewing of the photos being taken via LCD screen
- Three hours of photo coverage
- Unlimited photos taken during that three hour period
- Set up & tear down
- Online viewing gallery for you and your guests to view after the event
- A disc of low resolution digital images
A $620 value!

Some fine print you should be aware of:

- Sales tax ($23.17) is not included in the deal price and will be due when you book your date with me.
- Your event must be booked before December 31, 2012.
- Your event must take place before December 31, 2013.
- If your event takes place in a location more than 45 miles from Zip Code 55419, you will be charged $1 per additional mile.
- The LivingSocial deal will be available from Friday, 6/29 until Thursday, 7/5
- There is limited availability so please book your event as early as possible.

There are no actual prints provided at the event. You and your guests can order prints afterwards through the online viewing gallery, or you can purchase the entire set of high-resolution digital files which also come with a written permission to make prints.

What is needed from you at the event:

- A 10×10 (minimum) foot space adjacent to a wall and adjacent to a power outlet
- Available power at the event- 120V, 50-60HZ, 3-prong outlet
- A table measuring at least 4×2 feet to display the LCD screen for live viewing
- A minimum of 1 hour of set up time

Are customized or upgraded options available?

YES! I absolutely LOVE creating custom photo booth experiences for my clients. Listed below are many customizable upgrades available. I am even giving Living Social purchasers a special price on additional coverage hours (half off!!!). These must be purchased separately from your LivingSocial deal directly through hi {love} photography.

$100 – Additional hour of coverage (This is normally $200 per hour!)
$300 – Disc of hi-resolution image files (with or without hi {love} logo- client’s choice) with written permission to print photos
$300 – Custom backdrop (must be requested 1 month in advance of event)
$100-$300 – Twenty custom props (exact pricing depends on the desired props and must be requested 1 month in advance of event)
$300 – Complete set of 4×6 prints (Max 500)
$400 – Custom designed 10×10 20-page album with 80-120 of your favorite images
$200 – hi {love} photography logo replaced by event logo on proofs
$1 – Per additional mile over 45 miles traveled from Zip Code 55419

How does it work?

1. If you are concerned about the availability of your specific date, feel free to contact me before purchasing your deal from LivingSocial.
2. Purchase your deal through Living Social. Make note of your voucher number, as you will need that when booking (sometimes it takes a little while to process).
3. Contact me via phone (615.400.2446) or email to hold your date. I will supply you with a contract which you will have 7 days to return to me with any additional payment (including the tax payment). On this contract you can specify any upgrades you would like to the basic deal. Payment may be made by check (made out to Emily Gary), or PayPal to emily@hilovephotography.com
4. If I do not receive the contract and payment from you within 7 days I will release your date and you will have to start the booking process over again.
5. If you purchase upgrades such as a custom backdrop or custom props, we will have a telephone meeting to discuss and I will be in contact along the way to ensure you end up with your vision!
6. I will contact you the week of your event to ensure we have all the details squared away.
7. The day of the event I will begin setting up 1 hour before photo coverage begins.
8. THE PHOTO PARTY HAPPENS!!!
9. In addition to the live viewing of photos, I will also have cards available at the photo booth with instructions for guests to access the online viewing gallery.
10. Within 48 hours of your event I will upload the complete set of photos into the online viewing gallery for you and your guests to view. Prints and digital files will also be available for purchase through this viewing gallery. This viewing gallery will be available for 1 month.
11. Within 1 month of your event I will supply you with a disc of low-resolution versions of the complete set of photos. These photos will contain the hi {love} photography watermark. While you will not have permission to print these photos, you will have permission to upload onto Facebook or email to friends.
12. I will hold on to your images for one year following the event. During this time you will be able to order prints, albums, individual digital files, or discs of complete set of digital files. After 1 year I have no guarantee that I will still have your images.

Today I wanted to share with you some sweet photos of the Johnson family. When I moved to Minnesota I literally knew one person. One. And her name was Sarah Johnson. We went to grad school together, and she had moved back to the midwest after school with her growing family. I was so excited to just know anyone at all, but Sarah been much more than just an acquaintance from school that I see every once in awhile- she has been such a huge part of my new life here in Minnesota. I’m so thankful she is here.

And I’m so excited to share these photos of her with her sweet family. She and her husband Andy just welcomed their second boy, Hal, who actually looks just like thier first, Soren. These kids have the greatest smiles. Adorable. And Soren is so funny. Soren stories are my favorite. Enjoy the photos!
